Obtaining Continuing Education Credit

To receive contact hours or CMEs for completion of the Basics of Fetal Monitoring Initiative CD-ROM, please submit the following to WAPC:

  • Completed continuing education request form (click here to download)
  • A check made out to "WAPC" in the amount of $20.00

4.0 hours of continuing education credit is available for this activity. Partial credit is not available. A certificate of completion and contact hours/CMEs will be sent to you after WAPC receives your completed request form and payment.

The Wisconsin Assocition for Perinatal Care designates this educational activity for a maximum of 4.0 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM . Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

The Wisconsin Association for Perinatal Care (WAPC) is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Wisconsin Nurses Association Continuing Education Approval Program Committee, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
